Do you prescribe LMWH to patients during pregnancy and the puerperium? If so, please can you take part in a short online survey (5-10 minutes).

We are inviting you to take part in a survey that will help us inform NHS practice on the use of risk stratification tools for the prediction of venous thromboembolism and appropriate provision of thromboprophylaxis for women in pregnancy and the puerperium.

We have undertaken a systematic review of published literature and undertaken mathematical modelling to identify which factors are key drivers of uncertainty and therefore high value from future research. We would like you to take part in a survey to help us understand whether you would be likely to enrol patients into future trials in this area.

Please access the survey here: https://scharr.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8nXTDZcY9raf7Nk

Who can take part? We are inviting clinicians who make decisions about prescribing anticoagulants to patients at risk of venous thromboembolism during pregnancy or the puerperium.

Who is carrying out this survey? The University of Sheffield are leading the study, led by Dr Sarah Davis. Further details of collaborators and funding available at: https://fundingawards.nihr.ac.uk/award/NIHR131021
