This conference focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to improving safety in maternity services – learning, and implementing recommendations from the Ockenden Review and Final Report 2022, and the Kirkup Independent Investigation into East Kent October 2022. The conference will also reflect on the recent CQC Maternity Survey released in January 2023.
