Committee elections

As you will no doubt be aware Dr Jason Waugh is standing down as President of the BMFMS as he is taking up a fantastic opportunity in New Zealand. We are therefore looking for nominations for the post of President.

This is a key role within the society with responsibilities to coordinate the societies many activities. These include organising the annual meeting; liasing with other specialist societies and the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologists; responding to queries and clinical questions from other organisations (such as NICE and the Department of health); chairing the executive committee meetings and supporting the committee member and representatives and responding to member queries.

We also have exciting opportunities for members to get involved in the BMFMS committee. The following positions are up for election.
